How: Your discs will be shipped direct to you from our factory to avoid any double handling, we can also arrange to have your discs shipped to various destinations if needed, for instance we can send a 1/4 of your order to the label, 1/4 to the artist, 1/4 to your north american distributor and the final 1/4 to your european distributor saving you time and money. This method will also lower the value of each shipment making them less likely to endure possible customs duties.

Who: Our shipping is handled by fedex and takes about 3 working days after despatch to arrive at most international destinations. All shipping must be quoted on a job by job basis so once you have decided on what you'ld like (quantity packaging requirements) let us know what that is and where you'ld like them to be delivered and we will put together your final quote. Please note we cannot deliver to Po Boxes and you must supply us with a contact person, complete street address and phone number to ensure a problem free delivery.

Extras: International duties and taxes are your responsibility, usually your goods will be delivered first and then if any duties and taxes are required a bill from fedex will arrive a short time later. Small orders of 500 raw discs regulary fall under most countries taxing thresholds but you should inquire at your friendly neighbourhood customs office what that may be. Larger orders will most likely attract a tax so it would be in your interest to find out how these are calculated in order to estimate the final price of your goods. We do declane the lowest possible price to give the best chance of attracting no extra charges. Marking as promo works only occasionally!
